We found Paragon on the Home Advisor website when looking for someone to evaluate water damage and mold under my Mom's kitchen sink. Don the owner is very knowledgeable, ,professional, and most important, he is honest & trustworthy in evaluating the problem and assessing the cost to complete the work. He was very helpful in providing the necessary information required by our homeowners insurance, and he follows up through every step of the process while his workers complete the job. He is very accessible and was always available to answer any questions we had. The work was completed within the time quoted and in a very high quality manner. Everything was left clean and in order. Don went over & above in working with us, and exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure doing business with Paragon and I would recommend them to anyone. Update: April 2016, We had to call Paragon to our own home when we were told by a plumbing company that we had mold in our Master bath cabinet. Don came out the same day and after looking at the area immediately let us know that we did not have a mold problem. Again his professionalism and honesty in dealing with clients is exceptional!
